Cosimo is here at last to make us all laugh, cry, and swoon. So much swoon. For those of you who might not know, my mother passed away in June, a few days after I had finished writing Valentine’s book. Picking up the pen again and writing Cosimo’s story while dealing with the fall out of that helped keep me sane through those first awful months when my whole world felt tipped upside down.
The Fae Universe has always been a really big comfort series for me to write, and now more than ever, my ragtag group of found family misfits really helped me keep it together while everything else was falling apart.
I put everything I love into this book: history, magic, Italy, sexy witches, necromancy, ancient temples, Hermes—everything! It’s the biggest Alessa book out of all my catalog, and I have no regrets.
For my box set people, that will be out in December. Due to the sheer size of the paperback and Amazon’s restrictions, I’m still fucking around with the omnibus sizing and ordering proofs so I know its not going to print out tiny or wonky.
I’ll be back next month with the ‘Firestruck’ audio release and hopefully I can share a bit more of my current plans and for 2026.
