Daddy Cosimo is done and off to the editors! When I said he was going to be longer than usual, well, turns out I mean 27k words longer LOL. I take comfort in the fact that I am an indie author and I can choose my own word counts, damn it. The story had a lot of little plots happening and I’m sure you all won’t care that you get to spend more time with Cosimo and the Greatdrakes family. I loved this story so much. As some of you may know, my mother passed away in June, and it’s been a really tough and also surreal time to be writing a series about a family who lost their mother and then losing my own. This book was the best therapy I could have had, and the escape I needed to process my own grief.

So, on that note, I’m not sure what I will write next because grief is still kicking my ass, but it will be a passion project after I finish finalizing my mother’s estate and other pressing family matters. I just need something with no pressure for a hard reset before I start working on the Ragnarok ARC for next years Fae Universe installment. Yes, we will finally get the Fenris and Linnea story haha. There’s been a method in my madness, but it’s coming next year, I swear.

What’s also coming is the Greatdrakes in audio! Tantor are already working on them and I have been given the following dates to pop into your calenders:
