In writing news, I am chipping away at ERIS and having a lot of fun. She’s such a different mood from Laverna’s cheekiness and she is going to have a big adventure and story. It’s killing me not giving away spoilers but know that there’s going to be sail boats, Sinbad easter eggs and mysterious objects involved hehe.
The back catalogue sales are also continuing this month. Honestly, I think I’m just going to keep them running for a while. The world seems scary and bit too fucking much right now so cheap books are the answer. This month its ‘Gods of the Duat’ because my fave escapism location is Egypt (The Mummy is my comfort movie). My mental health is being held together by KU romance and lots of time cuddling my dogs as I count down to my holidays. If you have KU Recs, make sure you drop them in the comments below! I’m not a sci-fi girl, but I grabbed the first ‘Ice Planet Barbarians’ on Sunday and I’m now six books in (I must learn how Ruby does this witch craft). Because I seem to be on a Barbarian binge, I’ve also been devouring Kati Wilde’s ‘Dead Lands’ series. How did this happen? I don’t know but the feminism leaves my body when I read them and I’m not mad about it.

Regarding KU Rex’s, I would recommend Mary Mechan’s Legends of Neverland and Celeste Boxendell’s Bewitching Fairytales.

love Kati Wilde’s books sooo much. She has a wolf shifter series too that’s amazing. One of the books is a cowboy werewolf! Zoey Draven has an alien barbarian series too. I love the kylorr books more than the barbarian series is really good. It’s not KU but Milla Vane’s barbarian romance series is unforgettable. There’s dinosaurs. I just finished Sanctuary. SO GOOD. Ugh the chernobog mythology is so good. Loved getting Roman’s story and meeting the new cast

Loving Laverna and Rom, already after 1st day read 70% so now I’ll milk this book to make it last..lol..and you Will get my review on KU! I love everything you write! A few Authors I read, Amanda Aggie, Helen Harper The Thrill of the Hunt,main character Daisy will make you laugh along with her sidekicks Brownies, LJ Andrews reading the Mist Thief now,love her worlds and every character, Breene , Wildstein ,and Mayer’s books. Those are my suggestions. Thank you Alessa for your Underworld,Mercenaries and Gods Series ! Your writing keeps me enthralled and selfish to want More!! 🙂
