‘Laverna’ cover reveal & an update!

Look at all that red! Isn’t she just gorgeous! I have passed the halfway mark and this trickster goddess of thieves is giving me life at the moment. As some of you know, I get the Big Sad in winter time (I’m in Australia) and having a fun book to write gets me out of bed in the morning. I knew her and Rom were going to lead me about by my nose but I really am having the best time. I’ve wanted to write these goddess books for about three years now so I’m taking the time to really enjoy it. Don’t worry, I am still aiming for an August release! If you want sneak peek chapters they have started to appear on my Ream Stories .

Speaking of Ream…don’t forget the FULL book of “Temple of Magic and Bone” is also available over there. If you fell in love with Vanth (goth fae necromancer, I mean who wouldn’t fall in love), in “Dancing with Daggers,” it is his story and its novel length as opposed to a novella. It really is my fave place to hang out so come and check it out if you want to join the community!

Audio Peoples – We have FOUR more releases out this month. Instead of sending you an email with every one (insanity) here is a list:

Song of the Sea King – 9th July

Sharpest Edge – 16th July

Roar of the Storm King – 30th July

Persephone – 30th July

Tantor really is racking them up for me in the next few months. Don’t forget these are available wide, this includes Spotify 🙂

Because my “Lost Fae Kings” is getting their audio releases this month, I am also doing a July super sale on all of my “Ironwood” ebooks! A lot of people messaged me last month to say how much they appreciated the price drop on “Mercenaries and Magic” so I thought fuck it, let’s keep the fun rolling. There is so much tension in the world and I know a lot of my readers are in the US and having to deal with the start of the election BS, so comfort reads for everyone! I’m currently working my way through my fave Thea Harrison books because I’m allll about comfort reads only.

Also, here is a graphic to use if you would like to spread the word out to your mates.

With Insta slowly becoming harder for creators, I really appreciate any word of mouth or online shout-outs. It helps me and other indies out a lot. I also want to say thank you for being here on my newsletter blog because it really is the best way to get my updates. Insta just isn’t showing anything to my followers so here is always going to be the best place.

Okay, so what are your comfort reads at the moment? Feel free to share them in the comments below because I’m on the LOOK OUT.

Alessa xx

  1. I’m not even trying to kiss ass but the fae Universe is one of my main comfort reads. Aside from that, Hazel Mack’s monster series and Aurora Ascher’s demon series. Kate Daniel’s too always. Did you see that new release spin off from the Kate Daniel’s world? Really looking forward to that one

      1. Got the .99 cent ones! Thank you. That collection is almost complete. I need to complete my other ones still. I can’t believe I’ve never asked this, do you have a store, other than Amazon, I can buy from? I love ordering straight from the author when possible. It’s so much easier

      2. Thank you! And I don’t have a store yet. Because I am in Australia, it’s all a bit complicated, but I know that Ream Stories are looking at adding shop fronts in order to sell directly in the future. The plan for me is to set up a store through them once it happens because they deal with tax and payments etc. I’m really looking forward to giving it a go! I will stay in KU but what I plan on doing is having books up a few weeks before my Amazon release, and taking them down once it goes live, so I don’t get into trouble with them.
